The Pup Joints SIMA case, found in the Measures in Force, is set to expire in April 2022.
As such, the government of Canada has commenced an expiry review to determine whether the expiry of this SIMA case would likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping and subsidizing of the subject goods.
Details regarding the Canada Border Services Agency’s (CBSA) expiry review investigation are available here.
Information on the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) portion of the expiry review is found on the CITT website.
