Stephan has been a fixture in Livingston’s commercial division since arriving at the company in 2001. He’s held progressively senior roles throughout his time at the company, including account manager, client relationship manager, business-development director and vice-president of sales, before arriving at the helm of the commercial operation in 2024.

Ever the leader, Stephan has made it his goal to drive success in sales and client experience by focusing on the diverse needs of businesses across all market segments and industries. He is known for his hands-on style of management, collaborating directly with his teams to identify areas of improvement and seize emerging opportunities.

Since joining Livingston, Stephan has made significant contributions to the company’s success through numerous strategic sales initiatives, including the establishment of the company’s first Small Business Services program. More recently, he has been instrumental in bringing a sense of renewal to the company’s client experience team.

Stephan joined Livingston after almost a decade in the manufacturing sector where he excelled at establishing robust sales-network partnerships in the U.S. for a Canadian startup and later launched his own export consultancy with a focus on emerging markets.

Stephan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).
