On January 3, 2022, the U.S. Department of Commerce, via the Enforcement and Compliance Agency of the International Trade Administration (ITA), published its intent to conduct an administrative review.
The notice states: “Each year during the anniversary month of the publication of an antidumping or countervailing duty order, finding, or suspended investigation, an interested party, may request, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.213, that the Department of Commerce (Commerce) conduct an administrative review of that antidumping or countervailing duty order, finding, or suspended investigation”. This review will address the anti-dumping (AD) case number A-122-857 and countervailing duty (CVD) case number C-122-858.
The Period of Review (POR) will be January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021 for both the ADD and CVD cases.
Commerce will publish in the Federal Register a notice of “Initiation of Administrative Review of Antidumping or Countervailing Duty Order, Finding, or Suspended Investigation” for requests received by January 31, 2022.
All requests must be filed electronically on Enforcement and Compliance’s Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Centralized Electronic Service System (ACCESS).
