Elimination of countervailing duties imposed on imports of blenders for domestic or commercial use

On April 6^th, the Secretariat of Economy (SE), published in the Federal Official Gazette (DOF), the following resolution:

• The administrative procedure for examining the validity of the countervailing duties imposed on imports of blenders for domestic or commercial use originating in China, regardless of the country of origin, which enter through tariff section 8509.40.99 of the TIGIE, is concluded, or by any other.

• The definitive countervailing duties of $ 12.88 and $ 18.64 dollars per piece imposed on imports of blenders for domestic or commercial use originating in China, referred to in point 1 of this Resolution, are eliminated.

• This Resolution will enter into force the day after its publication in the DOF.
