CITT terminates preliminary injury inquiry on drill pipe from China

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) determined, on May 24, 2022, that the dumping and subsidizing certain drill pipe originating in or exported from China has not caused injury or retardation, nor threatens to cause injury to the Canadian domestic industry.

As such, the preliminary injury inquiry has been terminated with respect to the subject goods.
