The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has made a finding of Injury in regards to the dumping and subsidizing of certain container chassis originating in or exported from China.
This follows the CBSA’s Final Determination made on December 22nd, 2021.
As a result of the CITT finding, anti-dumping and countervailing duties will now be payable on subject goods imported on or after February 18, 2022.
