CBSA launches normal value review of Taiwanese exporter of carbon steel fasteners

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has initiated a normal value and export price review of certain carbon steel fasteners subject to the Certain Fasteners SIMA case, exported to Canada by Katsuhana Fasteners Corporation. (Katsuhana) located in Taiwan. The outcome of this normal value and export price review could affect duties on imports; if normal values are established as a result of this review, anti-dumping duties will not apply on the goods subject to this review if sold at or above the normal values issued.

Complete details regarding the review are available here.
