CBSA launches normal value review of exporter of carbon steel fasteners

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has initiated a normal value and export price review of certain carbon steel fasteners subject to the Certain Fasteners SIMA case, exported to Canada by Pro Power Co. Ltd. located in Taiwan.

If the exporter provides a complete, accurate and timely response to the CBSA’s request for information (RFI), they will be considered cooperative and be provided with normal values. In such case, anti-dumping duties would not apply to imports of subject goods sold to Canada at or above the normal values issued by CBSA.

If the exporter does not respond or does not provide complete and accurate information to the RFI, the “all other exporters Taiwan” anti-dumping duty rate will continue to apply on imports of subject goods from this exporter.

Complete details regarding the review are available here.
