CBSA initiates administrative review of certain whole potatoes from the U.S.A.

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) periodically conducts administrative reviews to update normal values, export prices, or subsidy amounts, establish values for new exporters or models, and ensure that the values in place accurately reflect current market conditions.

On February 27, 2025, the CBSA initiated an administrative review of whole potatoes subject to the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA) currently in force.

Normal values established during this administrative review will apply to subject goods released by the CBSA on or after the conclusion of the review. Normal values currently in place will expire on that date.

Exporters who choose to participate in this review must submit complete and accurate responses to the CBSA’s Request for Information (RFI) by April 7, 2025.

Complete details regarding this review are available here.
