The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) periodically conducts administrative reviews to update normal values, export prices, or subsidy amounts; establish values for new exporters or models; and ensure that the values accurately reflect current market conditions. On March 13, 2025, the CBSA initiated an administrative review of goods subject to the large line pipe SIMA case, exported by Marubeni-Itochu Steel Inc. of Japan.
Normal values established during this review will be effective for goods released by the CBSA on or after the review’s conclusion; current normal values will expire on that date. Exporters participating in this review must submit complete and accurate responses to the CBSA’s Request for Information (RFI) by April 21, 2025. Further details are available here.
