The Canada Border Services Agency on February 18, 2022, concluded a normal value review to update the normal values and export prices applicable to certain oil country tubular goods exported to Canada from Korea by Nexteel Co., Ltd.
As a result of this review, normal values have been determined by CBSA for the items subject to this review. Anti-dumping duties will not be payable on imports of said goods which are sold to Canada at or above the normal values issued by CBSA.
The goods subject to this normal value review fall under the Oil Country Tubular Goods 2 SIMA case.
