The Gypsum Board (GB) SIMA case found in the Measures in Force, is set to expire on January 3rd, 2022. For importers, the results of the expiry review will determine the duties they pay; should the expiry review reveal dumping, importers would continue to pay anti-dumping duties, whereas the discovery that dumping would cease would mean the end of anti-dumping duties.
Details regarding the Canada Border Services Agency’s (CBSA) expiry review investigation are available here.
The schedule for the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) portion of the expiry review is found on the CITT website.
