The copper pipe fittings (CPF) SIMA case found in the Measures in Force, is set to expire on November 27th, 2021. As such, the Government of Canada has commenced an expiry review to determine whether the expiry of this case would likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping and subsidizing of the subject goods.
Details regarding the Canada Border Services Agency’s (CBSA) expiry review investigation are available here.
The schedule for the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) portion of the expiry review is found on the CITT website.
