Goretti plays a pivotal and invaluable role within Livingston, collaborating with leaders in the most critical business units to determine how the company can continue to innovate and build on its legacy of providing exceptional client experience. Her diverse skill set includes business process engineering, quality, transformation, and business continuity planning.
As Senior Vice President of Global Business Transformation and Optimization, she develops and empowers a high-performing team of professionals that sit at the crossroads of where technology and process meet. Collectively they identify and see through key opportunities for improvement, taking into consideration the voice of the customer throughout the organization’s operations.
With more than 20 years of experience in supply-chain and logistics, Goretti has worked on a global scale with visibility into the many intricate links of a supply chain and how easily they can be broken across all modes of transportation and customs clearance processes across North America.
Since joining Livingston in November 2020, she has helped Livingston optimize its footprint and its operational efficiency through automated processes, both of which have improved client retention. She has also been instrumental in spearheading the company’s business continuity and contingency planning.
Prior to joining Livingston, Goretti was Head of Engineering, Operations Excellence, and Quality at FedEx Trade Networks and Vice President of the Business Process Organization and Customer Programs at DHL Global Forwarding.
Goretti holds an executive leadership certificate from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, a Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) designation, and a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) certification. She is formally trained in Agile Safe and the PMI institute’s Project Management methodology.
