Steven joined Livingston in April 2012 via the acquisition of JPMorgan Vastera in the role of Client Service Manager. He has over 24 years of experience in China customs affairs, and industry experience gained over many years in his previous role as customs operation leader in Mitsubishi Electric, Sauer Danfoss, Marconi Telcom, Lucent & Bell Labs.
Steven’s specific areas of expertise are China Customs related operations and Hong Kong import and export control. He is also skilled in China HS Classification. Business model design. Solution advisement, and Customs negotiations. Steven holds a China Customs Broker license and a Master of Business Administration from Lanzhou University, China.
