The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), on March 3rd, 2022, concluded a normal value review to update the normal values and export prices applicable to certain aluminum extrusions sold to Canada from China by Test-Rite International Co., Ltd. As a result of this review, normal values have been issued to the exporter Hangzhou Grand Import & Export Co., Ltd. (Grand). This means that anti-dumping duties will not be payable on imports of subject goods from this exporter, provided that they are sold to Canada at or above the normal values issued by CBSA.
