The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), on March 9, 2022, concluded a normal value and export price review of Jindal Saw Ltd. (JSL), located in India, an exporter of products subject to the Oil Country Tubular Goods 2 (OCTG 2) SIMA case. As a result of the review, the CBSA has determined that the information provided by JSL was deficient for the purposes of this normal value review and have revoked any previous normal values issued. Subject goods imported from this exporter will now be subject to 37.4% Anti-dumping duty.
