The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has initiated a normal value review of the following 3 exporters of certain carbon steel welded pipe – International Industries Ltd in Pakistan, and Cayirova Boru ve Sanayi Ticaret A.S. and Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticarret A.S., both located in Turkey.
The outcome of these normal value reviews could affect duties on imports; if normal values are established on the goods subject to these reviews, anti-dumping duties will not apply if sold at or above the normal values issued.
