The CBSA is conducting an expedited review of certain goods subject to the Upholstered domestic seating SIMA case, exported to Canada from China by Eterno Co. Ltd. and Zhe Jiang Shengli Furniture Co., Ltd. Expedited reviews are conducted by the CBSA upon request of an exporter to review the normal value, export price, and amount of subsidy on their subject goods.
Should the CBSA establish normal values as a result of this review, anti-dumping duties will no longer apply to the items subject to the review if sold at or above the normal value issued.
Any normal values, export prices and amounts of subsidy established during this review will apply to the goods in question released from the CBSA on or after the date that the review is concluded.
