The Copyright Board advises on the tariff of levies to be collected by the Canadian Private Copying Collective (CPCC) effective January 1, 2017, on the sale, in Canada, of blank audio recording media for the year 2017.
Notification is published in the Canada Gazette Vol. 150, No. 51 December 17, 2016 and is effective January 1, 2017. Manufacturers or importers are to provide payment directly to CPCC.
